Download of "consume" pages for Cold Fusion WDDX calls to National IPM Information Site. All files have ".txt" appended so that you can download them. Remove ".txt" extension and leave ".cfm"

When the national site is revamped, do a universal change of "http://www.ipmcenters.org" to "http://www.ipmcenters.org" on any file you download from here.
